[Adopted 1-21-1985 by Ord. No. 925 (Ch. 234 of the 1979 Codified
Ordinances); amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see

Council shall pay the elected Tax Collector of the Borough,
for the collection of Borough real estate taxes, a flat fee of $2
for each real estate tax bill collected for each taxable appearing
on the tax duplicate or supplement provided to him or her for the
collection of real estate taxes in the Borough. The term "taxable"
includes individuals listed as joint tenants, tenants by the entireties
or tenants in common. Such taxables shall be treated as one taxable
for the purpose of this article.
