There is hereby established a dog park within the City of Margate on Block 602.02, lots 44 through 56 and lots 91 through 96.

The Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized and empowered to adopt by resolution rules and regulations as may be necessary for the proper control and regulation of the dog park and the lands adjacent thereto.
A yearly fee of $30 per dog must be paid prior to the issuance of a dog park permit.
Any person who violates any section of this article or any rules or regulations promulgated hereunder may be subject to a fine of up to $1,000, imprisonment up to 90 days and/or community service up to 90 days in the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge.
