Township of Upper Moreland, PA Article I Administration Fees

§ 140-1 Code book fee and supplements.

Copies of the complete Code of Upper Moreland Township, and portions thereof, may be purchased at the Township Building according to the following schedule:

A. Complete Township Code: $50.

B. Township Zoning Code: $10.

C. Township Land Development and Subdivision Regulations: $10.

D. Building Code: $6.

E. Plumbing Code: $6.

F. Zoning Map, Base Map, Floodplain Map: $2.50.

§ 140-2 Business privilege license fee.

The business privilege license fee shall be $10 per calendar year of registration of any business in the category operating within the Township.

§ 140-3 Mercantile license fee.

A. The mercantile license fee for a wholesale or retail business operating within the Township shall be $10 per calendar year.

B. The mercantile license fee for any business operating within the Township on both a retail and wholesale basis shall be $15 per calendar year.
