It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to open, disturb,
molest, remove, or take anything from any rubbish, ashes, or garbage
situate along any public road or street, awaiting removal by the Township
authorities or it agents.
Any person or person violating any of the provisions of this
article shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction,
shall be liable to a fine, for each violation, of not less than $100
nor more than $1,000 and the costs of prosecution or, in default of
payment of such fine, shall be imprisoned for a period not exceeding
30 days.
