Accepting a tract of land located north of U.S. Traffic Route
222 and west of Pennsylvania Traffic Route 100, in Upper Macungie
Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, containing 1,998 acres, as
a gift to Trexlertown Park and Playground Association for the public
uses, as specifically set forth in the deed dated the 2nd day of July,
1971; and in case of default by the said Trexlertown Park and Playground
Association, title to said tract of land shall vest in the Township
of Upper Macungie. (Land was given by Robert D. and Ardath H. Rodale,
husband and wife)
