There is hereby created a Youth Service Bureau Advisory Board for the City.

The Advisory Board created by this article shall consist of members who shall be appointed by and responsible to the Mayor and whose qualifications, terms of office and number shall be in accordance with the provisions of Sections 17-443, 17-443a and 17-443b of the Connecticut General Statutes.

The Advisory Board created by this article shall have such powers and purposes as are and may from time to time be provided under Sections 17-443, 17-443a and 17-443h of the Connecticut General Statutes, and shall advise and make recommendations on overall policy and program direction for the Milford Youth Service Bureau.
