It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession, give, deliver, tender, sell, or drink any alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to beer, liquors, and wine, upon the property located in the of Putnam and known as recreational areas.
It shall be unlawful for any person to swim, or enter the water except in cases of emergency, at the City of Putnam recreation park at any time other than when lifeguards shall be on duty at the swimming area. The hours that lifeguards are on duty shall be posted at the pool.
It shall be unlawful for any person to enter, remain or be upon property of the City of Putnam known as the recreational area between the hours of dusk and daylight unless specifically authorized to do so by written permission from the Recreation Director.
It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with, damage or destroy any property, real or personal, of the City of Putnam located at any recreational area.
The violation of any section of this article shall be punishable by immediate removal of the offender from the City of Putnam recreational area and by a fine not exceeding $100.
