Town of Putnam, CT Article III Operation of Motor-Driven Vehicles

§ 246-7 Operation on recreational property prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor-driven vehicle, including but not limited to automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, snowmobiles, motor bikes and mopeds, on any of the properties owned, leased, operated, or managed by the City of Putnam for recreational use.

§ 246-8 Applicability.

This article shall pertain to all parks and recreation areas under the supervision and management of the City of Putnam Recreation Commission as are now or may be hereafter established.

§ 246-9 Penalties for offenses.

A. Anyone charged with a violation of any section of this article shall be subject to immediate removal from the City of Putnam recreational area.

B. The penalty for violation of any section of this article shall be a fine not exceeding $100.
