No person shall have in his possession or custody an ice box or electric refrigerator, except when currently used, displayed for sale, in locked or supervised storage, or when all doors have been securely locked or removed.
No person shall abandon an ice box or electric refrigerator, except when all doors have been removed.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, and each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
