No vehicle shall be left standing unattended on any highway
in one position or in several positions for more than 12 hours. A
vehicle standing in the highway shall be deemed to be unattended unless
occupied by a person for the purpose of operating the same.

There shall be no parking during school hours on the east side
of School Street, from Oak Street south to the southern boundary of
the Israel Putnam School property.[1]

No vehicle shall be left standing or parked upon any area defined
as a crosswalk with white lines, or constructed as such.

Vehicles while actually engaged in receiving or discharging
passengers, or loading or unloading merchandise, or in obedience to
traffic regulations, signs or directions may stop within restricted
areas but solely for said purposes, but no such vehicle shall be left
unattended.

The term "parking" as used in the aforesaid article shall mean
the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, upon a highway
otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged
in receiving or discharging passengers or loading or unloading merchandise,
or in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this
article shall be guilty of an infraction and fined not less than $35
nor more than $90 for each offense in accordance with the schedule
of fines established by the Superior Court.
