A. 
Domestic (per living unit). There shall be a rental of $480 per year for each single-family dwelling unit, hereinafter referred to as a unit.
B. 
All other. The minimum rental shall be as heretofore stated under Subsection A in the amount of $480 per unit, in accordance with the unit rates set forth below:
(1) 
Buildings with multiple-family units. Two-family or buildings with multiple-family units: one unit per single-family living unit.
(2) 
Hotels, motels, roominghouse or boardinghouse:
(a) 
Up to 100,000 gallons per year usage: one equivalent domestic customer unit (EDCU).
(b) 
For additional 25,000 gallons per usage or any part thereof: 1/4 EDCU.
(c) 
1.50 shall be applied to the number of EDCUs to calculate the number of units for Subsection B(2)(b) above.
(3) 
Mobile home parks. For each mobile home site: one unit.
(4) 
Commercial establishments (including stores, offices, shopping centers and drive-in theaters).
(a) 
Up to 10,000 gallons per usage: one EDCU.
(b) 
For each additional 25,000 gallons per year or any part thereof: 1/4 EDCU.
(c) 
1.50 shall be applied to the number of EDCUs to calculate the number of units for Subsection B(4)(b) above.
(5) 
Schools, firehouses and first-aid squads without kitchen facilities.
(a) 
Up to 100,000 gallons per year usage: one EDCU.
(b) 
For each additional 25,000 gallons per year or any part thereof: 1/4 EDCU.
(c) 
1.50 shall be applied to the number of EDCUs to calculate the number of units for Subsection B(5)(b) above.
(6) 
Churches, public building without kitchen facilities: one EDCU.
(7) 
Service stations.
(a) 
Stations without any automatic or semiautomatic carwashing facilities: one EDCU.
(b) 
1.50 shall be applied to the number of EDCUs to calculate the number of units for Subsection B(7)(b) above.
(8) 
Theaters, restaurants, luncheonettes, diners, taverns, catering establishments, social or commercial dining facilities, schools with kitchen facilities (enclosed).
(a) 
Up to 100,000 gallons per usage: on EDCU.
(b) 
For additional 25,000 gallons per year usage or any part thereof: 1/4 EDCU.
(c) 
1.50 shall be applied to the number of EDCUs to calculate the number of units for Subsection B(8)(b) above.
(9) 
Laundries, hospitals, nursing homes, automatic or semiautomatic car-washing facilities and other major waste-producing facilities.
(a) 
Up to 100,000 gallons annually: one EDCU.
(b) 
For additional 25,000 gallons or any part thereof: 1/4 EDCU.
(c) 
1.50 shall be applied to the number of EDCUs to calculate the number of units for Subsection B(9)(b) above.
(10) 
All other.
(a) 
Any user not covered above shall pay the minimum rate of one EDCU per year up to 100,000 gallons consumed and 1/4 EDCU for each 25,000 gallons or part thereof over the initial 100,000 gallons.
(b) 
1.50 shall be applied to the number of EDCUs to calculate the number of units for Subsection B(10)(a) above.
C. 
All rentals will be paid quarterly and shall be due within 30 days after billing.
D. 
All rentals, as set forth on the preceding pages, pertain to the average domestic waste or its equivalent and shall be determined in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Authority and of the requirements of the local, regional, state or federal environmental protection agencies. Additional charges, if any, shall be made in accordance with the above stated rules and regulations and in accordance with contractual and/or regulatory requirements now in existence.
E. 
Rentals shall be payable at the time and pace set forth in the notice to the user. In the event that the charges shall not be paid as and when due, interest fees and costs shall accrue in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:14A-22.
A. 
The connection fee to the sewer lateral shall be $1,904 per unit where street and sewer laterals are constructed by the Authority.
B. 
The connection fee to the street sewer shall be $1,904 per unit where street sewers are constructed or owned by the Authority but where no street sewer lateral exists or is constructed by the Authority.
C. 
The connection fee shall be $1,904 per unit where street sewers and sewer laterals are constructed by a developer or owner pursuant to subdivision approval of the proper municipal authorities of the Township (including a dry sewer system); and connection is made to the Authority sewerage system, without cost to the Authority and the street sewer has been constructed to service the building structure upon a building lot without cost to the Authority. Any building lot connected to the street sewer not originally included in the development approved plan shall not fall within the provisions of this subsection.
D. 
The connection fee shall be $1,904 per mobile home site where connection is made from a mobile home part to the sewer system of the Authority.
E. 
The connection fee shall be $1,904 where the connection is made by a user into the sewer lines of a private sewerage utility.
F. 
The connection fee shall be $1,904 where the connection is made by a user into the sewer lines of the Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority.
