A.
Second Street, located in the Village of Allenport, Shirley Township,
shall be closed to all traffic between the intersections of Miller
Street and Juniata Avenue on each day the Mount Union School District
is in session from 7:40 a.m. until 8:10 a.m., and from 2:45 p.m. until
3:15 p.m. In addition, the same shall be closed to traffic at such
times reasonably necessary to accommodate the safe arrival and departure
of school children on days where there are school delays or early
dismissals.
