No person shall solicit for any business or commercial activity or enterprise upon any privately owned property in the Village used for business or commercial activity other than a commercial or business activity conducted on said premises.
Solicitation includes, without limitation, entry upon said lands and advertising by word of mouth, display of sign, distribution or offer of handbills, coupons, or other printed matter, or sale or attempt or offer to sell any merchandise or service.
Privately owned property used for business or commercial activity includes a building in which a business or commercial activity is conducted, and all walks and parking areas used or offered to or available for use by customers or prospective customers of such business or commercial activity to which the title is in one or more individuals or corporations other than this Village.
The prohibition herein set forth does not apply if the express consent of the owner of the property has been given for the solicitation conducted thereon.
