The Township is hereby authorized and directed, through it appropriate Officers, to cause the Township to become a member of the Adams County Council of Governments.
The "Adams County Council of Governments Proposed Bylaws and Agreement" is hereby approved as the agreement for the Adams County Council of Governments, and the delegate from this Township is hereby authorized to ratify and confirm the said proposed bylaws and agreement as and for the operating instrument for the Council of Governments.
The Township shall appoint by resolution, from time to time, a delegate to the Council of Governments and up to two alternate delegates.
