Editor’s Note: Resolution No. 12-0720.01, adopted 7-20-2012,
approved and included certain personnel policies to be observed by
its employees. Said resolution is on file in the Township offices.

Editor's Note: Section II of this ordinance directed the Township
Clerk to distribute the policies to Township employees upon adoption.
The Township Clerk shall also distribute the following policies to
contractors, vendors, volunteers and other nonemployees as deemed
necessary: key contacts, protected class status, EEO, antidiscrimination
and antiharassment, antiretaliation, complaint reporting procedure
and key contacts list. Section V of this ordinance provided that it
should take effect upon publication thereof after final passage according
to law, except that the family and medical leave policy shall not
take effect until 60 days after distribution to employees and then
except as otherwise provided for by an express term of a collective
bargaining agreement.
