[Adopted 12-15-1987 (Ch. 11, § 11.16, of the
1986 Code)]
The County Treasurer is hereby authorized to
establish a Federal Social Security Fund No. 130 for the purpose of
receiving and disbursing monies from the social security tax levy.
A.
There is hereby created the Federal Social Security
Tax Levy, Fund 130.
B.
The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund tax levy shall
henceforth constitute funds only for the purpose of providing employer-paid
IMRF contributions.
C.
The total of the social security levy and the IMRF
levy shall equal that amount adopted by the McLean County Board for
fiscal year 1988 under the IMRF levy of the 1987 Tax Levy Ordinance
adopted on November 17, 1987.
D.
The County Treasurer, County Auditor, and County Clerk
are hereby directed to establish the accounts necessary to provide
for Social Security Fund No. 130 and the social security levy.
