There is hereby established a Department of Finance and Revenue,
the head of which shall be the Director of Finance and Revenue.
The Department of Finance and Revenue shall consist of a Division
of Finance and a Division of Revenue. The Division of Finance shall
be headed by the Chief Financial Officer. The Division of Revenue
shall be headed by the Tax Collector.
