The Director of Finance and Revenue shall be appointed by the
Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Municipal Council, to serve
during the term of the Mayor.
The Director of Finance and Revenue shall be responsible for
the efficient and proper management of the financial activities and
fiscal affairs of the Borough, through the divisions of the Department,
in accordance with general laws, ordinances of the Borough and applicable
rules and policies established by the Business Administrator. The
Director shall also have supervisory or oversight duties over staff
assigned to the Finance or Revenue Divisions as well as staff assigned
to the Assessor's Office.
