All motor vehicles operated within any park, recreation area
or related driveway, drive aisle or parking facility shall be operated
in accordance with all posted signs and rules and regulations established
hereunder. No motor vehicle shall be operated except in designated
drive aisles, and no motorized vehicle shall at any time be operated
in any park area, including specifically the Eight Acre Woods, except
in the case of vehicles engaged in official use by the Borough or
County of Passaic.
Parking shall only be permitted in designated parking areas.
Parking on any area not designated for parking, by way of sign, striping
or other indicia of a parking area, is not permitted.
New Jersey Statutes, and specifically all motor vehicle regulations
promulgated under Title 39 thereof, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, shall
be enforceable in all park and recreation areas by any duly designated
law enforcement officer.
