The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking
shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more
restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing
or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other
New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIII (§ 505-66), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 505-67), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XV (§ 505-68) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVI (§ 505-69) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVI of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B.
Resident restricted time limit parking. No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVIA (§ 505-70) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVIA of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVIA, unless such vehicle has displayed thereon a resident parking sticker as described in § 505-28 of the Code of the Borough of Hawthorne, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Wherever designated by marking on any street within the resident restricted parking area, specifically through the painting or affixing of markings on the street creating parking stalls, all persons shall park any vehicle within such marked parking stall.

C.
Street
sweeping. No person shall park a vehicle on the days and times listed
in Schedule XVIB, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets
or parts thereof described in said schedule, attached hereto and made
a part hereof, for purposes or allowing scheduled street sweeping.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVII (§ 505-71) where a parking space is marked by lines on the pavement that are angled, perpendicular or parallel except at the angle designated and provided that no part of the vehicle shall be outside of the designated space.
The locations described in Schedule XVIII (§ 505-72), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XIX (§ 505-73), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
