A. 
There is hereby established as a municipal parking area within the Borough of Hawthorne premises rented and possessed by the Borough of Hawthorne under lease agreement with New York, Susquehanna and Western Railroad, the said lands and premises being bounded on the north by the easterly extension of the northerly line of Jefferson Place, on the east by the westerly right-of-way line of the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railroad, on the south by a line running parallel to and 300 feet southerly of the southerly line of Diamond Bridge Avenue and on the west by the easterly line of Grand Avenue.
B. 
No one shall park or leave standing a vehicle in the municipal area established by Subsection A above, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, for a period of longer than two hours.
C. 
No person shall park or leave standing a vehicle in the municipal area established in Subsection A above except at a ninety-degree angle to the right-of-way line of the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railroad and perpendicular to the curbline of Grand Avenue.
D. 
Library parking area. In addition to the time-limit restriction set forth above, there is hereby established a library parking area within the premises rented by the Borough of Hawthorne from the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railroad along Grand Avenue. The area is specifically described as the two parallel-parking stalls on the north side and the two parallel-parking stalls on the south side of the crosswalk on Grand Avenue, north of Jefferson Place, in the immediate area of the rear entrance of the municipal library. It shall be unlawful for any person to park in any of those four designated parking spaces during library hours or while the library is open for any purpose unless that person is an employee of the Louis Bay II Public Library or is making use of or attending a meeting, program or function at the Louis Bay II Public Library.

E. 
Municipal parking area. In addition to the time-limit restriction set forth above, there is hereby established a municipal employee parking area within the premises rented by the Borough of Hawthorne from the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railroad along Grand Avenue. The area is specifically described as running from the north side of Warburton Avenue, north, for its remaining length until the intersection with Legion Place. It shall be unlawful for any person to park in any of those designated parking spaces for any purpose unless that person is an employee of the Borough of Hawthorne and then engaged in his or her employment. Parking in said area may be further restricted by the Administrator of the Borough of Hawthorne.

A. 
No person shall park or leave standing a vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon the roadway outside of a residence zone when it is practicable to park or leave it standing off the roadway.
B. 
No commercial vehicle with the maximum capacity of 1 1/2 tons or over, owned or used by a resident, shall be kept or maintained in a residence zone; except where it is practical to park it in a garage at all times and otherwise shall not stand unattended on the street.
A. 
No person shall park or leave standing a vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon the roadway outside of any zone in the Borough when it is practicable to park or leave it off the roadway.
B. 
In no event shall a person park or leave standing an unattended vehicle upon a roadway within the Borough of Hawthorne for a period longer than 24 hours.
C. 
When any vehicle is left over 48 hours, it shall be considered abandoned after being parked continuously on the street or highway. The Police Department is authorized to remove said vehicle from the roadway.
