The Division of Public Improvements shall be under the direct
supervision of the Director of Public Works and shall include the
responsibility of constructing, repairing, maintaining, replacing
and operating the public improvements of the Borough, including roads,
curbs, sidewalks, sanitary and storm sewers, public buildings and
public property, parks and the operation, repair and maintenance of
all vehicles and equipment utilized in connection therewith.
The Division may be organized into such units as the Director
deems appropriate, such as roads, sewers, building, etc., but employees
of the Division shall be utilized interchangeably among such units
as the Director may determine most appropriate.
