A.Â
It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate upon any
public park, street, sidewalk, crosswalk, building or building entrance,
or parking lot.
B.Â
It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate outdoors
on private property where it is reasonable to believe that such conduct
may be viewed by other persons.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article
shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of an offense punishable
by a fine not exceeding $750 or by imprisonment in jail for a period
not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
