[Adopted 3-21-1980 by Bill No. 3-80, effective 5-5-1980 (Ch. 193, Art. II, of the 1984 Code)]
Parking spaces on County-owned or County-leased property may
be reserved and their usage limited to the holders of permits issued
by the Allegany County Commissioners. Permits shall be obtained from
the Clerk to the County Commissioners after payment of the fee prescribed
for such permit. In case a permit is granted, the Clerk to the County
Commissioners shall issue to the applicant a permit or certificate
setting forth the location of such parking space, the expiration date
of said permit and such other limitations as may be pertinent thereto.
Such permit may at any time be revoked or limited further by the Allegany
County Commissioners.

Any person violating the provisions of this article referring
to parking violations on duly posted County-owned or County-leased
property shall, upon arrest and conviction thereof, be fined not less
than $20 nor more than $200.
