Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 270-30), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
Except as otherwise established in this section specifically and this chapter generally, the speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 270-31), attached to and made a part of this chapter, is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
B. 
The maximum speed at which vehicles exceeding 18,000 pounds in gross vehicle weight may proceed on or along Cleveland Road and Broad Road is hereby established at 25 miles per hour. The gross vehicle weight is to be ascertained by computing the entire weight of the vehicle and, in the event that said vehicle is a tractor/semitrailer (as said vehicles are defined in the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law), then by computing the entire weight of the truck and semitrailer.
C. 
The speed limit shall be 30 miles per hour on all local Town streets and roads within approved subdivisions in the Town of Onondaga.

D. 
The speed limit shall be 30 miles per hour within the Nedrow area on the westerly side of South Salina Street (New York State Route No. 11), the boundaries of which area are designated as follows:
Area description: Beginning at the intersection of said South Salina Street (New York State Route No. 11) with the northerly line of the Onondaga Indian Reservation; thence westerly along the northerly line of said Onondaga Indian Reservation to the existing channel of Onondaga Creek; thence northerly along the easterly line of the Onondaga Creek channel to the point of intersection of said easterly line of the Onondaga Creek channel with the southerly line of the City of Syracuse; thence easterly along the city line of the City of Syracuse; to the westerly line of South Salina Street (New York State Route No. 11); thence southerly along the westerly line of said South Salina Street (New York State Route No. 11) to the point of beginning.
E. 
The speed limit shall be 30 miles per hour within the Nedrow area on the easterly side of South Salina Street (New York State Route No. 11), the boundaries of which area are described as follows:
Area description: Beginning at the point of intersection of said South Salina Street (New York State Route No. 11) with the northerly line of the Onondaga Indian Reservation; thence easterly along the northerly line of the Onondaga Indian Reservation and said northerly line as prolonged to the westerly line of Interstate Route No. 81; thence northerly along the westerly line of said Interstate Route No. 81 to the southerly line of the City of Syracuse to the easterly line of South Salina Street (New York State Route No. 11); thence southerly along the easterly line of South Salina Street (New York State Route No. 11) to the point of beginning.
F. 
The speed limit shall be 30 miles per hour on those streets within the area of the Town of Onondaga lying between Bellevue Avenue and Onondaga Boulevard, the boundaries of which area are designated as follows:
Area description: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Bellevue Avenue with the westerly boundary of the City of Syracuse; thence westerly along the north line of Bellevue Avenue to its intersection with the west line of Alexander Drive; thence northerly along the west line of Alexander Drive to the south line of Onondaga Boulevard; thence easterly along the south line of Onondaga Boulevard to its point of intersection with the westerly boundary of the City of Syracuse; thence southerly along the westerly boundary of the City of Syracuse to the point of beginning.
G. 
The speed limit shall be 30 miles per hour on those streets within that area of the Town of Onondaga lying between the northerly line of Onondaga Boulevard and the division line between the Town of Onondaga and the Town of Geddes, the boundaries of which area are designated as follows:
Area description: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Onondaga Boulevard with the division line between the Town of Geddes and the Town of Onondaga; thence westerly along the north line of Onondaga Boulevard to its point of intersection with the west line of Alexander Drive; thence northerly along the west line of Alexander Drive to its point of intersection with the division line between the Town of Onondaga and the Town of Geddes; thence easterly along said division line between the Town of Onondaga and the Town of Geddes to the point of beginning.
H. 
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 270-32), attached to and made a part of this chapter, in the areas described in said schedule, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 270-33), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 270-34), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 270-35), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 270-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§ 270-37), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Traffic control devices shall be installed on each street intersecting the through street.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 270-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule X (§ 270-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 270-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
