§ 344-33 U-turns.

No person operating a vehicle will make a U-turn at the following intersections and streets:

§ 344-34 No turn on red.

No person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop) indication at any of the following locations during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily, whenever an official sign is present prohibiting such a turn on the red signal:

Pursuant to N.J.S.a. 39:5A-1, at the written request of a property owner, the police shall enforce certain provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 on the designated properties. Common Council shall approve the request of each property owner by resolution.
