The following intersections within Polk Valley are hereby established as stop intersections, and official stop signs shall be erected in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named street upon the first-named street in the direction indicated. All vehicles approaching any such intersection upon the first named highway in the direction or directions hereby indicated in each case shall come to a full stop within a reasonable distance before entering any such intersection:

A speed limit of 15 miles per hour is hereby established for all streets and roadways located within the confines of the Polk Valley Park. Speed limit signs shall be erected in the following locations:
Sign Location
On Road A near the entrance to the park to control entering traffic
On Road A near Parking Lot A-1 to control traffic exiting the lot
On Road A approximately 1/2 of the distance between Parking Lot A-1 and Polk Valley Road to control both directions of traffic
On Road B near Road A to control entering traffic
On Road B near Parking Lot B to control exiting traffic
