Housing Overlay" and to create a new zoning overlay designation of
"VRO Village Residential Overlay" covering a certain area of land
containing approximately 36.06 acres located northeast of Hendricks
Road and east of a northeasterly extension of East Fourth Street in
the Borough of Red Hill, with frontage on Hendricks Road and street
addresses of 436 Adams Street, Hendricks Road, 1306, 1307 and 1354
Hendricks Road, and Madison Avenue, identified as Tax Block 05, Unit
Nos. 002, 011, 008, 009, 004, 005, 006, 007, 001, 003 and 010, and
Montgomery County Parcel Identification Numbers 17-00-00007-00-3,
17-00-00172-20-7, 17-00-00135-62-2, 17-00-00135-61-3, 17-00-00135-50-5,
17-00-00007-50-7, 17-00-00135-70-3, 17-00-00135-63-1, 17-00-00135-80-2,
17-00-00135-60-4, and 17-00-00135-90-1. The foregoing area of land
will continue to have an underlying zoning designation of "LI Limited
Industrial", to which will be added a new overlay designation of "VRO
Village Residential Overlay", as more particularly depicted on the
plan sheet attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Amending the Official Zoning Map to rezone a certain area of
land containing approximately 2.35 acres located south of West Fourth
Street, with frontage on West Fourth Street and a street address of
56 West Fourth Street, identified as Tax Block 03, Unit No. 038, and
Montgomery County Parcel Identification Number 17-00-00628-00-3, from
its current zoning district designation as "R-1 Residential" to the
zoning district designation of "RR Retail Residential". The area of
land hereby rezoned from "R-1 Residential" to "RR Retail Residential"
is more particularly depicted on the plan sheet attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
