Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon

A.
The following intersections (in addition to intersections with the through highways established by § 300-15) are established as yield intersections, and official yield signs shall be erected (or are ratified if previously erected) in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named street (the through street) on the first-named street (the yield street) in the direction or directions indicated for that intersection. Every driver of a vehicle of a vehicle approaching the intersection on the first-named or yield street, in the direction indicated in each case, shall slow down or stop the vehicle as required by Section 3323(c) of the Vehicle Code and then yield the right-of-way as required by that subsection of the Vehicle Code.

B.
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon
conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
A.
The operation of so-called "minibikes" or any two-wheeled vehicles
propelled by gasoline-powered engines is prohibited on public playgrounds
or other municipal owned or leased property which is under the jurisdiction
of Spring Garden Township, York County, Pennsylvania.
B.
Any parent or guardian permitting the operation of such minibikes or other gasoline-propelled two-wheeled vehicles as described in § 300-18A hereof by children under the age of 18 years shall be guilty of the same offense and subject to the same fines provided for the operators of such motor vehicles as hereinafter provided.
C.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section shall,
upon conviction thereof before a Magisterial District Judge, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50 and costs of
prosecution, to be collected as other fines and costs are by law collectible.
