A. 
Location. No manufactured home shall be parked, stored or located on any street, alley, highway or public place or on any tract of land owned by any person.
B. 
Exceptions to general prohibition. The following are exceptions to the prohibition contained in Subsection A:
(1) 
The parking of only one unoccupied manufactured home less than 30 feet in length in an accessory private garage building or in the rear or side yard or private driveway is permitted, provided that no living quarters shall be maintained or any business practiced in said manufactured home while such manufactured home is so parked or stored.
(2) 
It shall be lawful to temporarily park and occupy a manufactured home on land owned by the occupant thereof during the period of time that the occupant is in the actual process of constructing a permanent house on said premises. The period of said temporary parking and occupancy shall not exceed 12 months.
(3) 
It shall be lawful to park and occupy a manufactured home less than 30 feet in length on the premises of a resident of the Village if the occupant of said manufactured home is a visitor from outside of the Village visiting the owner of the premises where said manufactured home is parked. No manufactured home shall be parked and occupied by any visitor for a period of longer than 14 consecutive days or a total of 30 days in any twelve-month period.
(4) 
Manufactured homes now parked on private property and outside of licensed manufactured home communities under permits prior to September 13, 1988, can continue to be so parked and occupied subject to the payment of the monthly fee provided by the Wisconsin Statutes.[1] After any such manufactured home is removed from such location for any reason whatsoever or occupancy thereof is discontinued temporarily or permanently for any reason whatsoever, no further permit will be granted for the parking or occupancy of any manufactured home on said property except as permitted by this section.

(5) 
This section does not apply to licensed manufactured home communities approved by the Village Board, except that the minimum size requirements contained in § 525-93 shall apply to such communitiess.
The emergency or temporary stopping or parking of a manufactured home is permitted on any street, alley, or highway subject to regulations or limitations imposed by the traffic and parking regulations for that street, alley, or highway.
No manufactured home shall be permitted to be occupied unless said manufactured home is at least 12 feet in width and 60 feet in length, except as provided in this chapter.
