The Township does hereby join and become part of the Char-West
Council of Governments in the County of Allegheny.

The Township hereby adopts the Bylaws of the Char-West Council
of Governments which are attached hereto and which are incorporated
herein.[1]

The Township authorizes the further action as shall be necessary
to maintain membership of said Council of Governments and to participate
in the deliberations of the same.
