The Board is hereby authorized to participate in purchase contracts
of the Department of Property and Supplies, Cooperative Purchasing
Division in connection with the purchasing of materials, supplies
and equipment according to such terms and conditions as are from time
to time established by the said Department as more fully set forth
in Act No. 31, amending Act of April 9, 1929, Section 2404, Subparagraph
(h).
