A. 
The sanitary sewer user rate/surcharge imposed by the Borough of Rosslyn Farms shall continue in full force and effect and shall be billed monthly. Payment shall be due and payable within 30 days of the date of the billing statement.
B. 
In the event the charges for said sanitary sewer system service remain unpaid for a period of 30 days from the date of said billing statement, such charges are hereby declared to be delinquent, and a penalty of 10% of the amount of said billing statement shall be added. The sanitary sewer charge, plus the penalty of 10%, together with any delinquent sanitary sewer fee/surcharge, shall together constitute the gross delinquent charge.
C. 
For each delinquent sanitary sewer account remaining unpaid 90 days after the date of said billing statement, a service charge of 3% of the gross delinquent charge shall be added. For each succeeding 90 days or part thereof that the account remains delinquent, in whole or in part, an additional service charge of 3% shall be assessed, based upon the gross delinquent charge, or outstanding portion thereof.
D. 
In accordance with the action taken by the Board of Directors of the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, as of January 1, 2009, the Borough of Rosslyn Farms hereby approves and adopts the ALCOSAN sewer rates and charges pursuant to ALCOSAN resolution titled "Resolution Fixing Sewer Rates and Charges," adopted the 3rd day of November, 2008, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.[1]

E. 
The sanitary sewer surcharge rate adopted by Ordinance 333 and all conditions imposed on the use of the Sanitary Sewer Fund are not amended by this article and are reenacted without change.
F. 
A credit/deduct meter to meter the quantity of water which does not reach a metered user's sewer is hereby permitted, provided the user pays the applicable unit cost for auxiliary meters as imposed by ALCOSAN and otherwise complies with all applicable rules and regulations for installation.
