Permission be granted to the said Derry-Decatur Television Lines,
Inc., and its successors and assigns, to erect, traverse and
cross above streets, alleys and roads along the existing Borough utility
poles within the Borough of Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania,
with wires, aerial cables and associated appliances in connection
with a proposed wired television system, and, insofar as existing
utility poles are concerned, upon receiving consent from the utility
companies whose poles are to be used, to attach such wires, aerial
cables and associated appliances to such poles of utility companies
as are now erected or replacements thereof, and to operate and maintain
such wires, aerial cables and associated appliances.

The wires, aerial cables and associated appliances hereby permitted shall at all times be maintained in good, safe
condition by Derry-Decatur Television Lines, Inc. The Borough of Mifflinburg
is in no manner responsible for the erection of the system or service
to the customer.

Prior to the erection of said wires, aerial cables and associated
appliances, there shall be filed with the Borough Secretary a public
liability bond in the amount of $300,000, and a property damage policy
or bond in the amount of $100,000 to save harmless the Borough of
Mifflinburg from any damage to person or property as the result of
the construction or operation of said system.

Also agreed upon by the Borough Council and Derry-Decatur Television
Lines, Inc., is a "pole rental" of $1.50 per pole per year, for each
pole to which there is an attachment made.
