No flag other than those specifically delineated in § 201-2 below shall be flown or displayed on a flagpole located on a public building, or located on the grounds or premises adjacent or appurtenant to any public building owned by the Village of Nyack.
The flag of the United States of America, and the Prisoner of
War and Missing in Action flag.
The flags authorized to be displayed in § 201-2 herein shall be displayed in accordance with the rules and regulations contained in Article 19 of the New York State Executive Law.
