Noisy parties and the making of other loud noises will not be tolerated. Persons creating disturbances shall be evicted from the park. Quiet hours will be maintained from 10:30 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
A. 
Rates shall be set by resolution of the Common Council.

B. 
Occupancy periods will start at 12:00 noon on the day of arrival and terminate at 11:00 a.m. on the date the camping permit expires.
The building of fires is permitted only in or on fireplaces, grills or stoves provided for this purpose.
Persons under 19 years of age shall be accompanied by a person 19 years of age or older in order to camp.
There will be a fourteen-day maximum camping period on all reserved sites, unless continued occupancy would not deprive others of the opportunity of camping.
No animals are permitted in the camping area other than domesticated household pets which shall be kept under constant control and restrained by a leash not to exceed 10 feet in length or in a cage. All dogs shall have a current rabies shot with a collar tag. No animals will be permitted in the beach area at any time.
Motorcycles shall be used only as means of transportation in or out of the campgrounds. Bicycles shall not be ridden in campgrounds after 9:00 p.m.

Violations of any of the above rules and regulations shall terminate the remaining stay in the campgrounds, with the forfeiture of the fee paid or earned, and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 and/or imprisonment of not more than 15 days.

The speed limit on Phillip Street from the arterial highway through the park is 20 miles per hour.

No firearms are permitted within the park area.
