No person shall discharge any spring or air gun, fireworks, pistol or firearm of any kind within said City, except at such time and places as may be designated by the Mayor.

All persons are hereby prohibited from bathing or swimming in the raceway westerly of North First Street, east, and all persons are prohibited from loitering or playing on the area westerly of North First Street, east, and north of Oneida Street, excepting when engaged in the purposes of the business situated thereon.

The Common Council shall offer a reward of $100 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person committing vandalism or malicious destruction of any City property.

Any violation of any provision or section of this article of the Code of the City of Fulton shall constitute a violation, punishable by a fine of not more than $250 and/or imprisonment for not more than 15 days.
