[Adopted 6-23-1944 (Ch. 147, Art. III, of the 1991 Code)]
No person shall throw or cast any stone or other missile or
thing in, from or to any public street, lane, alley, park, public
place or grounds within said City.
No person shall play any game of sport with a ball nor fly a
kite over or upon any public street within said City.
No person shall throw upon the sidewalk of any public street
or place within said City any banana peel or skin or other fruit peel
or skin.

Any violation of any provision of this article shall be punishable
by a fine of not more than $250 and/or imprisonment for not more than
15 days.
