To implement the annexation authority invested in Crisfield
by the state and by Crisfield's Town Charter, the City may enter
into annexation agreements imposing terms and conditions on the annexation,
as determined at the discretion of the Mayor and City Council, and
as more particularly set forth in the annexation agreement.
