Editor’s Note: Former Art. II, Safe Pets and Families Program, adopted 12-19-2000 by Res. No. 1273-2000, amended in its entirety 4-24-2001 by Res. No. 312-2001 (Ch. 550, Art. III, of the 1985 Code), and subsequently amended, was repealed 10-7-2014 by Res. No. 800-2014, which also authorized the County Executive to enter into an agreement with the Suffolk County SPCA to develop and administer a similar program.
