A fee for filing any subdivision map in the office of the County
Clerk of the County of Suffolk shall be paid to the Suffolk County
Real Property Tax Service Agency as follows:

A.
Such fee shall be paid to the Suffolk County Real Property Tax Service
Agency by any person or corporation filing a map in accordance with
the provisions of any general, special or local law or ordinance or
provision of any County, city or village charter, if such map necessitates
any change upon a tax map in order to maintain the map in current
condition.
B.
Such fee shall be charged whether the subdivision map is intended
as an original subdivision or as an alteration, including correction
of a prior subdivision, or as an instrument abandoning such subdivision
map or as a condominium map.
For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have
the meanings indicated:
Any area depicted on the filed map which shall result in
the designation of the area as a parcel on a tax map.
The fee imposed herein shall be in addition to any fees paid
to the Suffolk County Clerk upon filing of the subdivision map.
