[Adopted 10-13-2010 by Ord. No. 19-2010]
The governing body hereby delegates to, authorizes, and provides
the authority to the Borough Clerk to issue bingo licenses and raffle
licenses to appropriate organizations as specified in the Bingo Licensing
Law and the Raffles Licensing Law,[1] in appropriate applications in the determination of the
Clerk. Such license issuance will be thereafter reported to the Borough
governing body.
