Manheim Township is authorized to expend from the general Township
funds such amounts as may be necessary to include the Commissioners
of Manheim Township in the insurance programs of the Township with
respect to its policies of group insurance covering life, health,
hospitalization, medical and surgical service or accident insurance.
Commissioners who are elected or reelected in the general election
held in November 1993 shall be eligible for participation in the aforesaid
insurance programs when they shall take office on or after January
1, 1994. Commissioners who are elected or reelected in any general
election held thereafter shall be eligible for participation in the
aforesaid insurance programs when they shall take office.
