The Township is a local taxing authority as defined in Act 1998-50.
2.
The Township hereby adopts the following forms and procedures as
required by Act 1998-50:[1]
A.
Disclosure statement;
C.
Information Request Time Extension Procedure Notice;
D.
Internal administrative official process for tax appeals;
E.
Regulations specifying tax petition forms and rules and practice
and procedure rules; and adopts a Local Taxpayer Bill of Rights Policy.
