The following zoning districts and schedules of limitations are hereby established to safeguard the general health, safety and welfare of the municipal residents, to implement applicable provisions of the New Jersey Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan and to effectuate land development guidelines presented in the Washington Township Master Plan.
The zoning districts are as follows:

Pinelands Village-Residential
PV-NB
Pinelands Village-Neighborhood Business
PV-I
Pinelands Village-Industrial
SA
Special Agricultural
PP
Pinelands Preservation
A. 
All land areas within the jurisdictional boundaries of the municipality are hereby assigned the zoning district designations delineated on the Zoning Map.
B. 
In the event of an inconsistency between the Zoning Map and the contents of this chapter, the contents of this chapter shall govern.
C. 
"Zoning Map," as referred to in this chapter, shall mean the following individual plats or maps:
(1) 
Zoning Map, Washington Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, dated 1982, and prepared by Ingram Engineering, P.A.
(2) 
Detailed Village Zoning Map-Village of Green Bank, prepared by Kluk Consultants December 3, 2003, as updated June 14, 2005.

(3)

D. 
The Zoning Map defined above, together with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby adopted by reference and is declared to be an integral part of this chapter.
Where uncertainty may exist regarding the boundaries of various zoning districts shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
A. 
Unless otherwise shown, the zoning district boundary lines shall be construed to coincide with the center lines of streets, alleys, parkways, waterways or such lines extended.
B. 
Where the zoning district boundary lines are not otherwise indicated, and where the property has been or may hereafter be divided into blocks and lots, the zoning district boundary lines shall be construed to be the rear or side lot lines; and where the zoning districts are bounded by rear or side lot lines, these same lot lines shall be construed to be the zoning district boundary lines unless otherwise indicated on the Zoning Map.
C. 
In the event of subdivided property or question on the exact location of any zoning district boundary line, the determination of the Zoning Board of Adjustment or the Planning and Zoning Board shall prevail and be considered final.
