of the 1994 Code of Ordinances)]
Council shall appoint, by resolution, persons to fill the offices
of Secretary and Treasurer.
The duly appointed Secretary and Treasurer shall receive such
compensation for their services as Borough Council shall prescribe,
and Council may also establish the hours and days of work and may
restrict the outside employment of such officers.
The offices of Secretary and Treasurer may be held by the same
person.
