The plan of the roads, streets, avenues, lanes and alleys of
the Borough, as compiled by E.W. Cowden on July 1, 1921, be and the
same is hereby adopted as the Official Street Plan of the Borough;
provided, however, that all roads, streets, avenues, lanes and alleys
not accepted by the Borough at the time of the passage of this chapter
shall not be deemed as being taken over, accepted and opened by the
adoption of said official plan, but the same shall be accepted and
taken over by special ordinance or ordinances at such time or times
as the Council may deem proper.
