To focus higher-density development at a central location in the Township, to provide for the educational, recreational, cultural and service needs of the community in an appropriate location on the regional transportation network and to provide opportunities for the expansion of a postsecondary school campus by allowing a mix of uses appropriate to the needs of both resident and commuting students, faculty, employees and visitors to the campus.
In the CC Community Center Mixed-Use District, only the following uses are authorized:
A.

Communications antenna mounted on an existing building or on an existing public utility storage or transmission structure, subject to § 350-106.

Oil and gas well operations.
