All trucks having a combined, registered gross weight of vehicle plus load in excess of 8,000 pounds are hereby excluded from all streets or parts of streets except for those described in Schedule VI (§ 334-36). School buses, public transit buses, emergency vehicles, utility vehicles governed by the Public Utilities Commission and vehicles making pickups and deliveries on said streets are exempted from this limitation.
Vehicle over the gross weight described in Schedule XXIV (§ 334-54) are hereby excluded, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
