Pursuant to Article VIII, § C8-5, of the Town Charter of Indian Head, the Mayor and Council do hereby adopt the following article.

All properties, commercial or residential, located within the Incorporated Town of Indian Head shall connect to and be served by the Town's water system.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be subject to condemnation procedures as set forth in the current International Existing Building Code.
